We also boast advanced production lines such as the die-casting lean line, automatic deburring line, lean machining center group line, cleaning line, and passivation line. With this infrastructure, we are capable of producing over 100,000 tons of precision castings and various types of castings annually.

Raw Material Control
Raw material composition testing is conducted every four hours to verify if the chemical properties, mechanical properties, density, and purity of the raw materials meet the requirements.

Die-Casting Product Inspection
Initial and final part inspections are performed, along with process inspections every four hours focusing on critical dimensions and internal porosities.

Machined Product Inspection
Initial and final part inspections are carried out, along with process inspections every four hours focusing on critical dimensions and customer-specific requirements.

Outgoing Inspection
Random sampling inspection of products is conducted before shipment, accompanied by a comprehensive dimensional report.
