  • Mold Evaluation

    Our team of specialized technical experts conducts a thorough mold evaluation based on the product's unique characteristics and customized requirements, ensuring that the mold design meets the specific needs of the project.

  • Mold Design

    Following the evaluation, our engineers take in the mold design process, meticulously crafting the blueprint for the mold that will shape the final product.

  • Mold Fabrication

    Once the design is finalized, the blueprint is handed over to our mold production department, where skilled craftsmen bring the mold to life, ensuring precision and quality in every step of the manufacturing process.

  • Mold Acceptance

    After post-fabrication, the mold undergoes a series of rigorous inspections to guarantee its quality and longevity, ensuring it meets the high standards before it is approved for use.

  • Material Inspection

    With the mold inspection complete, we initiate the casting production process, beginning with a thorough inspection of the raw materials. This step is crucial in controlling the quality from the very beginning.

  • Melting, Casting, and Trimming

    We utilize centralized melting furnaces and on-site furnaces to melt the raw materials, ensuring that the aluminum liquid is at the temperature for casting.

  • Product Inspection

    The aluminum liquid is then injected into the appropriate tonnage die-casting machine to complete the casting of the finished product. Afterward, the product is trimmed and subjected to an initial inspection of the rough casting.

  • Deflashing and Inspection

    Once the initial inspection is passed, the product is transferred to the deflashing workshop, where the effectiveness of the deflashing process is inspected.

  • Machining and Inspection

    After the deflashing is confirmed to be satisfactory, the product undergoes machining and is subjected to further inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

  • Packaging and Dispatch

    Upon passing the final inspection, the product is cleaned and then fully inspected for packaging. Finally, the product is dispatched, ready for delivery to the customer.
